The Rose

Houston area’s leading non-profit breast cancer organization providing mammogram screening, diagnosis, early access to treatment, and support to all women regardless of their ability to pay. The Rose Organization has provided approximately fifty mammogram screenings for our community during 2006 and 2007.

Children's Defense Fund

CDF-Texas raises awareness about the condition of Texas children, connects children and families to programs and services that help meet their needs, and works with community partners statewide, to formulate policy solutions and broad-based support for legislative action on behalf of children.

Gateway to Care

Gateway to Care is a 501(c)(3) collaborative comprised of over 165 public and private safety net health systems, coalitions, advocacy groups and social service providers working together to assist the approximately 2.2 million medically indigent residents in the Greater Houston Area in receiving medical care at the most appropriate setting.

HOPE Clinic

HOPE Clinic is a professionally staffed and full-time Federally Qualified Community Health Center –Look-Alike providing culturally and linguistically appropriate health services to Houston’s different ethnic groups regardless of ability to pay. In particular HOPE Clinic serves the uninsured, underinsured, those with limited English proficiency, and the low-income. To meet the unique needs of this population, the Clinic offers services in Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Spanish.

Novo Nordisk created the world’s first insulin pen device, and now they are a world leader in production and distribution of these revolutionary insulin delivery systems. They have generously donated all their products to our patients at Shifa Clinic.

Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS)is a non-profit 501.c.3 organization located in Southwest Houston. Our mission is to aid those in need of free or low cost medical and social services access those services that are available.
